& Team
Oldřich specializes in investment portfolio construction, drawing on the strategies of leading global investment funds and academic research from top universities.
He has been active in financial and capital markets since 2003. He studied at the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics at the Prague University of Economics and Business and also spent time at the London School of Economics.
At Patria, the Czech Republic’s leading securities brokerage firm, he gained first-hand experience of the global financial crisis between 2008 and 2010.
He later joined CVC Capital Partners, one of the world’s leading private equity firms, where he managed risk related to commodity transactions.
Following the acquisition by Molson Coors Beverage Company, he assumed responsibility for global risk management covering USD 14 billion in exposure. Originally a North American family business, Molson Coors has successfully passed leadership from one generation to the next for nearly 250 years.
After leaving the corporate world, he shifted his focus to his own capital allocation and investment projects. He is a founding partner of Family Office Partners.

Founding Partner
Petr focuses on building local and international alternative investment portfolios.
He completed his university education at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, one of the world’s leading business schools.
He has been active in real estate since 2001, combining investment with hands-on development of both residential and commercial projects. His experience spans land development in the United States and the Czech Republic, residential development in Australia, and, more recently, projects across Central Europe, with a particular focus on Slovakia.
Over the course of fifteen years, he successfully multiplied his own capital through investments in the financial markets, particularly in currencies. He subsequently reinvested the proceeds into real estate projects and other alternative asset classes.
Based in Andorra, he draws on long-standing relationships with an international network of ultra-high-net-worth entrepreneurs and investors. He remains closely connected to the Czech Republic, travelling there regularly for business.

Founding Partner
Lenka is responsible for the executive management and operational framework of our multi-family office, ensuring that the strategic vision of our partner families and founding partners is effectively translated into action. She holds a degree in Finance from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
Before joining Family Office Partners, Lenka managed European portfolios and budgets worth hundreds of millions of Czech crowns at global companies including GSK and Kimberly-Clark. Leading complex projects across different cultural environments taught her to work independently, think systematically and bring structure to complexity.
She brings a distinctive combination of analytical thinking and emotional intelligence to Family Office Partners. This provides a valuable counterbalance to a purely investment-focused perspective and adds an important dimension to the team’s understanding of family dynamics and intergenerational relationships.
Her interest in wealth stewardship is also deeply personal. Having experienced the transfer of a business within her own family, she understands first-hand both the emotional and practical challenges involved in passing wealth from one generation to the next.

COO
Robert has extensive expertise in tax structuring, investment funds, international taxation, transactions and financial structuring. He has also advised on major corporate reorganizations, real estate projects and significant tax disputes.
After studying in the Czech Republic, Greece and the Netherlands, Robert joined PwC in Prague, where he spent nearly six years.
In 2015, he joined one of the Czech Republic’s leading boutique tax and law firms, where he later became a Tax Partner.
After leaving in 2020, Robert co-founded Spectre.tax, which advises leading investment and private equity funds, as well as ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
It was through his work with private wealth that our paths crossed several years ago. Since then, Robert has become a trusted advisor not only to Family Office Partners, but also to many of our partner families.

Tax Expert
Anna Marie is an independent lawyer and is increasingly involved in advising individual families within our multi-family office. Her work focuses primarily on family law and the long-term stewardship of family wealth, while her experience also extends to corporate and real estate transactions and, more recently, start-ups.
She studied law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and at Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen in Germany. She began her career as a trainee lawyer at Velíšek & Podpěra and later joined Mauric & Partner, where she worked primarily with German-speaking clients.
Anna Marie has also been involved with Vědomí právníci, an association of lawyers committed to strengthening trust in the legal profession and viewing law, first and foremost, as a service grounded in integrity and responsibility. For Anna Marie, these are not merely professional principles, but values she has embraced throughout her life.
Beyond law, she has a strong interest in culture, to which she would happily devote more time. Perhaps less predictably, she is also a passionate American football player and a Prague Harpies fan.

Lawyer
Eva studied Management at the University of Economics in Bratislava and spent a year studying in Granada, Spain.
Her affinity for numbers, structure and precision, combined with a talent for leading teams, naturally led her to a career in HR, particularly in Compensation & Benefits. She progressed from local roles at Kooperativa, Tesco and ČSOB to regional positions at StarBev (CVC Capital Partners) and innogy.
Throughout her career, Eva has led multinational teams and complex projects. What initially sounded like the rather grand title of Family Office Manager soon became a very tangible role as the number of partner families grew and new processes needed to be established and developed. Eva has since become an integral part of the Family Office Partners team.
Outside of work, Eva is increasingly drawn to the world of visual arts. She would like to devote more of her time not only to her own creative work, but also to collecting art and supporting greater public engagement with and education in the arts.
